Not at all! Most of our workshops are thoughtfully designed to be welcoming and engaging for beginners. Our instructors are passionate about sharing their knowledge and ensure everyone, regardless of prior experience, can learn and create in a supportive environment.
Each workshop's price includes all necessary materials, expert instruction, and a complimentary Agate Aroma coffee or tea beverage to enjoy during your session. Specific details for each workshop (e.g., take-home kits, tasting samples) are listed in its description.
We offer full refunds for cancellations made at least 72 hours before the workshop start time. Cancellations within 24-72 hours will receive store credit. Unfortunately, no refunds or credit can be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the event, as materials and instructor time have already been allocated.
To ensure a personalized and engaging experience, we keep our class sizes intimate. Most workshops are limited to 8-10 attendees, allowing for ample one-on-one interaction with our instructors and a comfortable learning environment.
